    This kind of Resistance-reduce-agent is composed of many ingredients, including electrolyte, curing agent, lubricant, electro-conductive cement and stuffing materials. 2. Gel Resistance-reducing Agent

I. Product Introduction
XC-Y gel liquid resistance reducing agent, environmental protect agent, is a kind of translucent gel formed by macromolecule water suction materials, electronic conductive materials and ion conductive materials through physical changes in coexistence of liquid and solid. It features in innocuous, no peculiar odor, no corrosion, no pollution, accords with national standard of high quality soil environment.

II. Characteristics
1. Good conductive capacity, resistivity is 0.1Ωm, which closes to metal’s conductivity.
2. It’s liquid during injection, so it has strong penetrating capacity in surrounded soil and easily to generate root
effect which can enlarge earthing area so that to reduce earthing resistance.
3. Conductive capability not changed according to acid, alkali, salt, temperature and humidity, features in good moisture
absorption, heat preservation and anti-frozen.
4. Strong capacity of corrosion resistance. This product’s PH value is 7-8, neutral, partial alkali; it has many functions
for protecting metal such as corrosion resistance and covering to prevent metal from aerobic corrosion effectively.
5. Decrease earthing resistance value of earthing net, resistance-reducing ratio can reach at 50%-90%. It can modify soil
resistance rate for long term, stable earthing resistance.

III. Application Range
This product can be applied in working earthing and protection earthing in various electric equipments in many fields such
as power, telecommunication, broadcasting and TV, railway, aviation, war industry, metallurgy, petroleum chemical industry,
medical care, printing and so on. Besides, it can be applied in anti-thunder earthing for various top buildings and tower
frame, antistatic earthing in various in various inflammable places, various electronic equipments, static shield earthing
in computer room and earthng for power system of two-place one-line.

IV. Method:
1.Set earthing body according to design requirements.
2.Prepare an open container with 100kg of capacity.
3.Pour all bag of resistance-reducing agent (A material) into container.
4.Add 84kg of water, mix them together until dry powder unfreezes,
5.Increase initiator (B material), beating up them while adding material.
6.Irrigate it around earthing body quickly when it becomes white.
7.Cover with fine soil when if forms bouncy and translucent jelly, then cover soil, bed and tamp. Do not use original soil
which contains sand and stone.

V. Notice
1.Use clean water to wash if the solution sprays on hands, face or eyes during operation.
2.Extend mixing time during the season with low temperature, heat the solution until the temperature rises at 15~20℃, and then increase initiator to shorten converging time.
3.Shorten mixing time during the season with high temperature so that to expedite construction speed. Do not use after solidifying.
